What's that?

'You used to be so big...' The words echoed faintly in England's mind as he watched over the open scenery of open fields, his older brother laying next to him. England tightened his fists before muttering lowly "He'll come back.."
Scotland had opened his eyes to look back at his brother "If that's what you think."
"I know it for sure..." There was a bit of a glow around him as England's gaze narrowed.
Scotland smirked at this watching his brother's power emit from him "He's not coming back. Alfred is too rebellious for you to manage now...He has been since you lost against Spain. You're too weak for him Eg. He's proven that much."
England sank sighing before muttering lowly "Yeah....You're right...."
